arc-on will always endeavour to provide the best quality product they can for our customers.
Motorcycle riding is dangerous. Motorsport is dangerous. Although wearing leather clothing is currently generally accepted to be the best way to minimise injury in the case of an accident on the road or on the track, no motorcycle clothing or motorcycle clothing manufacturer can make any sort of guarantee of protection in the event of an accident.
arc-on have tested their product in terms of the stitching and seams in line with some of the highest standards in the industry. The Knox armour that is fitted as standard is well known for being among the best fully CE approved armour manufacturers in the world. None of this, however, provides for a guarantee of protection in the event of a racing, or road, accident.
All customers can expect their purchases to be dealt with swiftly and professionally. arc-on will send out off-the-peg purchased goods, if they are in stock, within a week of receiving the order and often quicker.
If a product is out of stock it will normally be re-stocked within four to six weeks.
All goods must be paid for in advance, via the website, by paypal or by BACS transfer. No goods will be shipped unless full payment has been received.
Any bespoke item, in design or size, that is ordered from arc-on will be subject to a no refund policy due to its bespoke nature.
If a customer discovers they have ordered the wrong size of an off-the-peg suit, a replacement suit/jacket will be sent out in the correct size, once the original goods have been returned and have been checked.
