Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we do. For most international deliveries we use DHL, on a tracked 3 day service. The cost will depend on the size and weight of the item you are ordering and it is best to contact us in advance of ordering, so we can quote an accurate shipping price.
What happens if I order something out of stock?
If you order an item we are temporarily out of stock of we will email you to let you know and inform you, via email, what the likely wait for re-stock of that item is. If you inform us you would prefer a refund to waiting for the re-stock we will issue a refund.
Are your sizes EU or UK?
All sizes quoted on our website are UK sizes. Glove sizing please see our ‘size guide’.
How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an item please do so within a week of receiving it. Please pack it back in its original packaging and email us on ‘email@example.com’ to let us know you are returning it and also let us know if you would like an exchange for a different size or if you are requesting a refund. We will not normally be able to exchange or refund an item if it has been worn/used before it is returned.The address to return items is:
