Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we do. For most international deliveries we use DHL, on a tracked 3 day service. The cost will depend on the size and weight of the item you are ordering and it is best to contact us in advance of ordering, so we can quote an accurate shipping price.
What happens if I order something out of stock?
If you order an item we are temporarily out of stock of we will email you to let you know and inform you, via email, what the likely wait for re-stock of that item is. If you inform us you would prefer a refund to waiting for the re-stock we will issue a refund.
Are your sizes EU or UK?
All sizes quoted on our website are UK sizes. Glove sizing please see our ‘size guide’.
How do I return an item?
If you need to exchange your gloves for a different size, returning them is quick and straightforward. How it works:

Your gloves arrive in a reusable ARC-ON return bag

If the size isn’t quite right, simply reuse the same bag

Send the gloves First Class Signed For with Royal Mail to our PO Box

Once received, we’ll refund your return postage via PayPal or BACS

Your replacement size is sent out promptly
